NDA (Non-Disclosure Agreement)

The Recipient acknowledges that BCS Partners may provide advisory or consulting services to multiple companies operating in the CNS and biotechnology sectors. 수령인은 BCS Partners가 중추신경계(CNS) 및 바이오 산업 분야에서 복수의 기업을 대상으로 자문 또는 컨설팅 서비스를 제공할 수 있음을 인지한다.

BCS Partners represents that it will not use or disclose any Confidential Information received under this Agreement for the benefit of itself or any third party, including for its own internal research or development activities. BCS Partners는 본 계약에 따라 제공받은 비밀정보를 제3자 또는 자사의 연구·개발 목적을 포함한 어떠한 목적으로도 사용하거나 공개하지 않을 것을 보증한다.

Nothing in this Agreement shall be construed to restrict BCS Partners from engaging in its independent business activities, provided that such activities do not involve the use of the Disclosing Party’s Confidential Information. 단, BCS Partners는 제공받은 비밀정보를 사용하지 않는 범위 내에서 독립적인 사업 활동을 수행할 수 있다.
